Franklin House

About This Project

Location: In the heart of the Dorking Conservation Area, Franklin House was originally home to a candle factory and was latterly used as offices.

Design: This beautiful Victorian building was sympathetically renovated and divided to provide six one bed flats – two on each floor. Unusually for this area, each flat has its own parking space.

Construction: Work commenced in December 2013, and was completed in October 2014.

Sales: Four of the flats were reserved from the first open day, and all completed.
